# Organize a decision

Record questions, evidence, alternatives and reasons separately.

## 1. State the question and constraints

Write down the decision, deadline and constraints, then list more than one option.

## 2. Separate evidence and interpretation

Distinguish attributed information, interpretation, hypotheses and AI suggestions. Keep unknowns and counter-evidence visible; absence of information is not evidence in favor.

## 3. Record comparisons and reasons

Compare benefits, drawbacks and uncertainty using the same criteria. A person records the reasons and review conditions. An AI suggestion is not a decision or permission to execute.
